Wrynne Collections are curated to order. Product photographs and “Might include” lists represent the intended direction but do not guarantee every exact item or brand.

Wrynne may substitute an unavailable item with another item of comparable purpose, quality and value while maintaining the selected collection’s overall direction.

You are responsible for providing accurate recipient information, preferences, restrictions, shipping details and delivery instructions.

Wrynne relies on the information provided when curating and delivering the gift.

Some gifts may include food, beverages, fragrance, skincare, wellness or other products with ingredient or allergen considerations.

You are responsible for sharing known allergies, sensitivities and items to avoid. Wrynne will make reasonable efforts to follow the information provided but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or suitability for a medical condition.

Nothing on the website is medical advice.

Submitting payment does not require Wrynne to accept an order that contains incorrect pricing, unavailable products, incomplete information, suspected fraud, an unsupported destination or a request Wrynne cannot reasonably fulfill.

If Wrynne cannot accept an order, the purchaser will be contacted and any applicable payment will be refunded.

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise.

Shipping, delivery charges and applicable taxes are calculated separately unless expressly included.

Payments for online collection orders are processed through Shopify checkout. Custom projects may be invoiced separately.

Personal Gift Concierge inquiries and feasibility reviews are complimentary. After Wrynne confirms the scope, timing and estimated investment, a $75 curation fee is required before creative development begins. It is included in the approved project total, which starts at $300 per Personal Gift Concierge project; it is not an additional charge.

The fee covers one considered gift direction and up to two reasonable item substitutions within that direction. A completely different direction may require a separately agreed curation fee. No products are purchased until you approve the recommendation and pay the remaining project balance.

Business, event, holiday and multi-recipient projects follow the payment schedule in their approved proposal or agreement.

For Wrynne Collection orders, cancellation or change requests must be submitted within two hours of purchase and can only be accommodated if preparation has not begun.

After preparation, sourcing or fulfillment begins, an online order cannot be canceled or changed.

Subject to applicable law, the $75 Personal Gift Concierge curation fee is refunded if you cancel before creative work begins. Once Wrynne begins developing the agreed recommendation, it is non-refundable because it covers the creative work performed. If Wrynne cannot complete the agreed curation service, the fee is refunded. You are not responsible for the remaining project balance if you do not proceed, and no products are purchased before approval and payment of that balance.

Business, event, holiday and multi-recipient projects follow the cancellation schedule in their approved proposal or agreement.

You are responsible for gift messages and other content you submit.

Do not submit unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, infringing or abusive material. Wrynne may refuse to reproduce or send inappropriate content.

Preparation time, carrier transit time and requested arrival dates are governed by the Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Requested arrival dates are not guaranteed.

The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery, rerouting or return to sender may be charged to the purchaser.

If a project agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the project agreement controls for that project.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

Wrynne does not guarantee that a gift will produce a particular personal, professional, health or business outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Wrynne will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website, an order or a third-party service.

Wrynne’s total liability relating to an online order will not exceed the amount paid to Wrynne for that order, except where a different limit is required by law.
